How it works
A call, a plan, then the work.
You talk to us for fifteen minutes. If it makes sense, we spend ten days on your marketing and hand you a plan with the metrics we expect to move. Then we put it in place, and you decide how much of it we do.
Step one · free
A fifteen-minute strategy call
Where you want your marketing to be, what you've tried, and what's in the way. You'll get a straight answer on whether an Assessment is worth it for you.
Step two · $4,500
The Marketing Assessment takes ten business days and two hours of your time
We map your marketing end to end and write the plan. Access stays view-only throughout, so your team keeps admin rights and everything stays where it already lives.
Day one · 90 minutes of your time
Kickoff
You walk us through your goals, your channels and how your team actually spends the week, including the parts that only live in someone's head.
Days two to seven
We map what's working
Every channel, what it costs and what it's producing, built from ninety days of real activity. We set a starting baseline for each metric the plan will target.
Day eight
Checkpoint
You see the draft before it's finished, so anything we've misread gets corrected while there's still time to act on it.
Day ten · 30 minutes of your time
Your plan, delivered
The marketing plan with its target metrics and how to measure them, the recommendation across automation, contractors and hires with the cost of each, and a recorded walkthrough you can forward to whoever signs off.
The $4,500 credits in full against a build.
Step three
Then we put the plan in place
Each piece of work goes down the path that fits it. You choose how much of it we carry out.
$12k to $18k
Repeatable work a system should do. We build it inside your accounts, documented, and it's yours from day one.
Optional upkeep afterwards, $1,000 a month.
Your own crew
Skilled work you need on demand. We find vetted contractors, set them up with your plan's briefs, and they work with you directly.
Scoped in your plan.
The right person
Work that belongs inside your company. We help define the role and find the person, and we find contractors to keep the work moving until they start.
Scoped in your plan.
When the answer is people
How we find them
Whether it's a contractor crew or a full-time hire, the aim is the same: the right person, set up to do good work from week one, working for you.
Chosen for your kind of work
We look for people who have already done the work your plan calls for, and we pay contractors fairly, which is what keeps good ones around.
A real brief before you meet anyone
Every contractor does a paid test on a real brief first. You only meet the people whose work held up.
Your plan becomes their brief
They start with your brand rules, your process and the plan's priorities, so they're useful in week one rather than month three.
They work with you directly
Once they're running, the relationship is yours. Your contractors, your hires, your call.
