Founding client program
I need four case studies. You might need a free audit.
This offer is new, so what I am short of is not work, it is proof. Four firms get the whole thing at a steep discount in exchange for letting me write up what happened and film ten minutes of you saying whether it was worth it. Straight trade, stated plainly.
What a founding place is worth
Same audit, same ten days, same five documents. The only difference is what it costs you and what I get to publish afterwards.
What you are agreeing to
Read this part properly, because it is the whole reason the price is what it is.
A written case study. I write up what your team was doing before, what got built, and what changed. You approve every word before it goes anywhere, and you can pull anything you want removed.
A short video testimonial. Ten minutes on a call, camera on, saying honestly whether the thing was worth doing. If your answer is that it wasn't, I still publish it. That is what makes the rest of them believable.
Real numbers I can print. The whole point is a case study with figures in it. If your firm cannot let a number out of the building, this program is not a fit and the paid version is.
Your name, or not. Named firms are worth more to me, so I will ask. If your legal team says no, an anonymised case study is still workable. Say so on the form and it changes nothing about your odds.
How the four get picked
Applications stay open until the end of the month. Every firm that fits the criteria goes into a random draw, and I pull four names. It is a draw rather than a judgement call so that nobody has to sell me on why they deserve it.
You need to fit the shape. A marketing team of roughly three to fifteen people, at a company that has been running long enough to have real process. Nothing to measure otherwise.
Everyone hears back. Drawn or not, you get an email. If you are not drawn, the paid audit is still there at $4,500 and I will tell you honestly whether it is worth it for you.
Nothing is owed either way. Entering costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If you are drawn and then change your mind about the case study, you can walk and we part on good terms.
Enter the draw
Two minutes. I read every one of these myself.
Not interested in being a case study?
Entirely reasonable, and plenty of firms cannot. The paid audit is the same work at $4,500, credited in full against your build, refundable if the documents were not worth it.
